Premium Service

Upgrade to the monthly Premium service to get more features from Visual Voicemail.

Features

●  Receive voice messages with transcription. **This feature is not fully supported on older versions of the Visual Voicemail client. To take advantage of this feature, upgrade to the latest client version.

●  Automatically forward your voicemail messages to email and your text message (SMS) Inbox

●  Flag messages based on importance, and attach notes to messages

●  Create custom folders for storing messages

●  No advertisements

You are automatically enrolled in the free trial of Premium service. When your free trial ends, you can continue using the premium features by subscribing to the monthly service, or you can use Basic Visual Voicemail for free.

Voice transcription

Voice transcription allows you to:

●  Read your messages instead of listening to them

●  Search your transcribed messages using keywords

●  Share the text of a received message as an email or text message

●  View transcribed messages in your Inbox. If it is too long to fit on the screen, simply tap on the message to view the full transcription in the Message Playback screen.

Subscribe to the Premium Service

There are several ways to subscribe:

●  Open the main menu (tap ) and select Upgrade to Premium.

●  In Settings, select Preferences > Manage subscription.

●  At the top of the Inbox, tap the Read your Voicemails - Go Premium button.

Unsubscribe from Premium service

You can cancel the Premium service using the Settings > Preferences > Manage subscription option. See Preferences.
